The Silver East Beach & Spa Resort is a 50,900 m2 planned development comprising of:

  • 240 Deluxe Hotel Rooms
  • 30 Luxurious Villas
  • 3,100 m2 Seawater Spa Facilities
  • 600 meter Commercial Restaurant & Bar Street
  • 360 Lot Car park

The “Silver East Beach & Spa Resort” represents the prospective development of a luxury holiday resort created on the initiative of CNDC Pacific (“CNDC”) and with the support of the local Government. The land plot is located on Hailing Island, in the southern part of Yangjiang City, Guangdong Province facing the South China Sea. Hailing Island is presently in the midst of experiencing high growth in the tourism and property sectors; as investors aim to feed off and replicate the success of its neighbor, Hainan Island.

Hailing island is renowned for being China’s very own tropical paradise and was in 2005 selected by National Geographic as one of China’s top ten island destinations. It houses renown scenic sports including the Eastern Silver Beach Scenic Area, Lingxiao Rock, Dajiao Bay and the Daao Fishing Valley Cultural Town. The planned resort will be situated on a cliff top overlooking the 7.4km Silver East Beach, the longest beach in China (Guinness). CNDC plans to develop a luxury 5-Star resort; with a lively Restaurant & Bar Street on its adjoining property. The resort will have its own private beach area and will be designed to blend into the islands natural raw beauty, allowing guests to indulge in the stunning ocean views.

The resort location is advantageously situated 10 minutes walk from the Nanhai One Maritime Museum (also known as China’s “Marine Silk Road Museum”). The Museum displays more than 80,000 historical maritime relics and an ancient shipwreck through an underwater glass viewing platform. The Chinese Government has invested over RMB 1 billion into the museum’s development. It is expected to become a top tourist attraction, adding to the already high number of domestic tourists that visit the island each year.
